Is this the face of someone who thinks he didn’t do anything wrong?
Like no offense but no one (not even an Official Star Wars Content Creator) can convince me that Anakin didn’t know what he was doing was wrong.
He knew.
He knew.
Oh, he knew.
But the whole point of that transition is him convincing himself that it’s necessary. By the time you get to Vader, it’s not about a moral choice, but what he pictures as means to an end/a greater good.
Why else is he desperately claiming things like “I have brought peace to my new Empire,” and “From my point of view, the Jedi are evil”? He’s not trying to convince Obi-Wan in that fight.
He’s reinforcing it for himself.
